Preservation

Historic research is central to my work with homeowners. I am a board member of the Denver Architecture Foundation and a founder of Denver Modernism Week; both organizations working to support the preservation of mid-century modern homes and buildings through education. I also work with my team to uncover as much of a home’s story and we can find, learning about the architect, the builder, and the historical context of its design and the neighborhood and time in which it was built. I feel like this aspect of story is one of those intangibles that has a direct effect on the value of a home.
